Hi, I'm Ayr Rein. As college counselor, writer, and parent, I understand the stress that college application process can create for students and their families. That's why I approach this journey with a team-oriented mindset. I specialize in breaking down the college process into manageable, reflective stages, beginning with identifying each student's unique voice and values. My work blends practical structure and holistic support with the goal of transforming a complex time into an enjoyable milestone. 

 

As a Southern Californian, and parent of a UC student, I have knowledge and experience with the UC, CSU, and community college systems, as well as the Common Application, out-of-state public, private, and highly selective schools. 

 

I hold a BA from Bates College and a Master of Education in School Counseling (MS, PPS) from California Lutheran University.
